Mr. Agne has more than 30 years of corporate communications experience including 10 years as an officer at Burson-Marsteller, a global public relations firm. His practice areas include biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, telecom and IT. In addition, he has experience in mergers & acquisitions, crisis management and international development.

In 1987, Mr. Agne established The Communications Strategy Group as a consulting firm to help new and early stage companies manage their corporate, investor and marketing communications. In addition, he has provided counsel to Burson-Marsteller, Hill and Knowlton, and Feinstein Kean Healthcare. Prior to forming CSG, he was Vice President, Corporate Relations at Avondale Industries and its subsequent company, Connell Limited Partnership, Boston.

Mr. Agne is active in the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council. He is a Trustee and former Director of The Forsyth Institute, a biomedical research organization, Boston. He is a founder and former president of the Board of Trustees of The American Friends of the Churchill Museum (London) and is a Member of the Corporation of the National Braille Press, Boston. He is a member and former Director of the British American Business Council of New England. He is an Adjunct Professor at Boston University where he teaches part-time in the College of Communication. Mr. Agne received a B.S in Physiology/Zoology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
