Shellie is President of Investor Relations Partners, Inc., a company she founded in 1993 to provide value-added investor relations advice to public and private companies. Shellie and her firm have been collaborating with CSG since early 2003.

Shellie's experience has included contributions to prominent mergers and acquisitions, change of management programs, corporate business repositioning, pre- and post-IPO financial communications planning, restructuring programs, and crisis management. The firm supplements ongoing investor relations advice with measurement programs such as perception studies, issue audits and investor targeting studies.

Earlier, Shellie headed communications departments at two Fortune 500 companies, Primerica Corp. and GAF Corp. In the early 1980s, she created the investor and public relations function for one of the first entrants to the biotechnology arena (Genex Corp.).

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in journalism and history, Shellie completed additional credits in business and finance and studied at the University of Strasbourg, France. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and its Senior Roundtable. She is also an adjunct professor of financial communications at Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate school. Shellie writes regularly for professional journals and leads seminars before prominent business organizations.
